How it works

Three steps. A week.
No surprises.

Tell us. We build. We hand it over.

Day 1, kickoff call
Days 2 to 7, build & iterate
Day 8 to 10, launch

Day by day

What actually happens.

A full Plus timeline below. Essential follows the same shape, half the days.

01
Day 1 · Kickoff

A 15-minute call.

You tell us about your business. We listen and ask the right questions.

02
Day 2 · Preview

A working site, on a real URL.

Not a Figma file. A live preview you can open on your phone.

03
Days 3, 6 · Build

We build, you react.

Daily updates on the same link. Two rounds of revisions included.

04
Day 7 · Review

The "any last things?" pass.

Final walkthrough together. QA, accessibility, Lighthouse, mobile sweep.

05
Days 8, 10 · Launch

Live on your domain.

One-time: we hand you the code. Monthly: we keep running it.

What we ask

Three things from you.

~2 hours total

Spread across the build. That's the whole time commitment.

A reply within a day

We move fast when you move fast. Slow reply = paused build.

5 to 10 real photos

Phone shots are fine. No photos? We'll guide you.

Final delivery

What you get.

One-time

Code is yours.

  • Full source code, forever
  • All image assets, source quality
  • Hosting in your name, set up
  • Domain + SSL + DNS, documented
  • 20-min walkthrough call
  • Email support, 30 days

Monthly

We run it.

  • Premium hosting + CDN + SSL
  • Daily backups + uptime monitoring
  • Unlimited small edits, same-day
  • Monthly check-in email
  • Quarterly Loom analytics review
  • Cancel any month, code goes with you

Process questions

The ones we hear most.

Do I get to see the design before we start building?

You see a working preview within 48 hours of kickoff. That is the design. We don't do separate "design" and "build" phases because it doubles the timeline. The preview is real code, on a real URL, on the actual device you'd see it on.

What if I want to add a feature mid-build?

Depends on the size. Small things (a new section, a different form field). We just do it. Big things (an e-commerce store you didn't mention). We'll talk about scope and either fold it in or note it as a phase-2 add. We'd rather flex than say no.

What if I'm slow to send photos / copy / answers?

The timeline pauses. We can't build pages with nothing on them. We'll send a nudge after 48 hours, then check in weekly. If we lose contact for more than 30 days, we'll pause the project and resume when you're ready (no extra charge, but you may go to the back of the queue).

Can I see other people's processes / behind the scenes?

Once we've built a few sites with permission, we'll publish a behind-the-scenes case study. For now: see examples for what the output looks like, and about for the people behind it.

Ready?

It starts with a 15-minute call.

Tell us about your business and we'll book a time that works. No pitch, no slide deck, no obligation.
